Ushnishavijaya, known as Namgyalma in Tibet, is a symbol of longevity and protection deeply respected in Buddhism. Seated in the lotus position on a lotus blossom, she exudes purity and enlightenment. Her five-pointed crown signifies the wisdom of the five Dhyani Buddhas.
In her first right hand, she holds a double Dorje (viswa-vajra) at her chest, symbolizing inner and outer harmony and the destruction of ignorance. The cross formed by the two vajras represents balance and the four cardinal directions, echoing the central theme of the mandala. Ushnishavijaya's serene countenance embodies hope and is a focal point of both spiritual devotion and artistic representation.
