VAJRASATTVA, often referred to as the "Indomitable Being," stands closely linked to Buddha Akṣobhya (the Unshakable), while also carrying conceptual associations with Vajradhara (the Holder of the Thunderbolt). Vajrasattva is commonly portrayed as radiant white, sporting a single visage and dual hands.
In his right hand, he clasps a vajra (symbolizing a thunderbolt) close to his heart, representing the dynamic path to enlightenment. His left hand cradles an upturned bell (ghaṇṭā) near his left hip, emblematic of emptiness (śūnyata) and the perfection of wisdom (prajñāpāramitā). Arrayed in princely bodhisattva attire, he assumes the vajra posture (vajrāsana), seated atop a moon disc above a resplendent white lotus.
