Tai Bing Taing is a traditional dance form belonging to Myanmar. ‘Ta Bin Daing’ means ‘lore person’ or ‘the only person’.
This traditional form of dance is usually a solo performance in which the dancer portrays the daily chores of a royal princess.
Myanmar dances include many body curves to perform the dance form as it is inspired by Thai dance. Their dance is filled with grace, and dignity along with beautiful attire.
