Swami Jagadeeswarananda is a serious exponent of Yogasanas. He firmly believes in the efficacy of the practice of Yogasanas as a panacea for the ills of the human body and mind.

A man of many parts he has had a background of a chequered career. Well educated he has been a senior executive in several Reputed Commercial enterprises of Bombay, Chennai and Abroad.

The quest for inner happiness and Ultimate Truth made him drift away from a starkly materialistic world. As a seeker of Ultimate truth he has heard the Upanishads, Mahavakyas, Gita and Brahma Sutras from the Great Swami Dayananda on the Banks of the holy Ganga at Purani Jhadi, Rishikesh, in late sixties.

He is also a renowned artist a gold medalist from the University of Kerala and currently acclaimed by the press as an abstract expressionist of consummate skill. He has several one man shows to his credit.
