Whenever there is a difference of opinion between a wife and a mother-in-law, the real one in trouble is the husband. And some may opt to ignore the mother and stand by wife or do otherwise, but most affectionate gentlemen are always trapped in between these two women for he loves them both and cannot let go neither of them.
And any wife who loves her husband would not want him to be in misery or would at least try to avoid it as much as possible. For that you need changes and adjustments. Well then the first question would be – Why can’t it be about changing the mother-in-law? And the answer is just that it is always easy to would a young mind. A young mind has the ability to analyse and adapt to new challenges rather than the old so let us take up this easy route.
Moreover, as we begin, let me make it clear that this book does not in any form regard anybody as bad by default. In fact, there is nothing like good people or bad people, but they either do good things or bad things. The terms good and bad are themselves relative, so let us not bother about it too much.
However, the book throws light on many possible negative incidents that may happen in a joint family and suggest many ideas to avoid the common mistakes made by all families which thereby later walk into split roads.
Extreme cases are always there, but most of these tips if followed would at least help in creating yourself as a perfect wife though you fail being the perfect daughter-in-law.
