It is my pleasure and privilege to write a foreword to Way To Eternal Peace' published by Kapil Math. This is the essence and objective of the teachings of the great master, Swami Hariharananda Aranya, whose wisdom, penance and practice (of the way), nay the living example has sustained and consecrated the Math.

Introduction to Dharma (Dharma Parichaya) is a brief study of Dharma in its essence and practice. The author has enumerated various descriptions of Dharma in classical literature and emphasized the cultivation of these virtues rather than wearing external marks and observing rituals. This is the Samkhya rejection of obvious worldly or revealed Vedic means for the attainment of eternal peace. Charitra and Sila of Jainism and Buddhism is the same practice of this Dharma.
