The Body and the Soul together we can call as Shiva and once the Soul departs its Shava (Dead Body) only. The body only activates if Soul is there. The Soul is the part of Supreme Spirit. We can say the body has Consciousness because the power of Soul exists. But most of us are unaware about the unlimited power of our consciousness.
