Born in 1951, Bappaditya Chakravarty was educated at Delhi University and at the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta. After working life that saw him as an educationist, an administrator, an executive, and a consultant, he now considers himself a storyteller. He returned to India in 2020 after spending nearly two decades in various countries.
He has written several books in English and Bengali historical fiction and thrillers.
He is married to a Danish Diplomat and currently lives in Delhi and Rishikesh, with time off in other countries.
