Ancient Vedic thoughts, scriptures and beliefs predate not only Islam and Christianity, but also the worship of gods of ancient Rome. Even today the Rig-Veda's prescriptions are still performed and Vedic hymns in Sanskrit (Shlokas) are chanted and understood by millions of people in India. These contents are free from sectarianism, and can be read with equal benefit by followers of all religions and if followed with reverence and faith, are sure to take the readers to lofty spiritual heights and finally to release from the bondages of the material world to finally go back to the Kingdom of God, through loving Devotional Service to God Absolute, never to return again to the material world.
