What is success? Is it money, name, fame, health, family, respect, happiness, professional acclaim, or satisfaction? 1 feel it is all of it put together. No point in having enormous amounts of money if you are not healthy; no point in being healthy and fit if you have no money; and no point in having professional success, name, and fame if you are not respected.
Therefore, success is like a kaleidoscope, it has multiple layers and colours and patterns. Each time you rotate it, it presents itself differently. Similarly success is also shifty. It is perceived differently at different points in our lives as a journey in time. For instance, you may give more weightage to money when you are young, but you might start leaning more towards fame and professional prowess as you move forward. And even later, your priority may shift to having a stable family life. Yet at all points in time, you need most of these as your 'happiness package'-the contents of this package might keep changing a bit here or there.

Secondly, success is difficult if not illusive and when it comes, it comes in a flash and also disappears in a blink. Thirdly, this profession is very demanding in terms of rigorous chaotic schedules which can take a toll on family life, health, and one's overall well-being.
