Dr. Sujata Jena was born on July 25, 1992. After earning her M.A. in Sanskrit from Utkal University, she wanted to learn about yoga philosophy. To achieve this, she earned a degree in yoga and naturopathy from North University, Baripada, which is now known as Maharaja Sriram Chandra Bhanja Deo University. She then earned an M.Phil. from Shree Somnath Sanskrit University in Gujarat, followed by a Ph.D. from Utkal University. She currently works as an assistant professor in MSCB University's Department of Yoga and Naturopathy. Her zest for obtaining spiritual knowledge is outstanding, and she has attended numerous international and national seminars, conferences, and workshops, earning diplomas as proof of her active involvement. At a young age, she is attempting to unearth the enigmatic secrets of spiritualism that will prove to be highly beneficial for humanity. This book is a shining example of her outstanding performance. In due course, she aspires to publish multiple books on yoga and spiritualism.
