The boy herding the cattle of his relatives in the village for a paltry portion of his aliment and raiment would later become Dr. Karunakar Das, Associate Professor, P.G. Dept. of Sanskrit, M.P.0 Autonomous College, Baripada, Mayurbhanj the writer of this book.
The second son of a poor peasant couple, late Kartika Chandra Das and Bilasini Devi, he was born incidently, in a remote village of Mandarpur [Present postal address-At, Shreedhara Swami grantha Mandir ,Bilasini Batika, (Near Remuna P.S.) P.O. Remuna, Ganipur, Dist, Baleswar, Odisha-756019] in near vicinity of Mayuragrama, the birthplace of Sridharasvami and was not “born to blush unseen" in that remote soil, but to act & extirpate the gloom hovering the question of birth (time of birth) and nativity of Sridharasvami and throw light on his works that we may get a glimpse of works done by Sridharasvami.
He has also written stories essays, verses 8& dramas which have been published in different journals in Odisha. Many of his books have been included in the syllabi of some universities.
The book would surely appease the appetite of the inquisitive ones, the students and the researchers as well.
