Politics in international sphere in ever changing phenomena. This is a dynamic process because the political trends change with the economic, social, psychological and scientific development. The trend towards globalization more or less is a form of capitalism and the period of 24 years is quite a good period to establish an ideology. Globalization is a concept which has changed the attitudes and behaviors, structures and the way of implementing laws and making of rules and regulations. South Asian Region is an important part of this Global village due to its big young population, multicultural and values. This region is facing many challenges and issues from social, political, economic, ethnic and cultural to international. In spite of being one of the oldest parts of world civilization, it was one of the first few areas to be victim of imperialism. Third worlds chronic problems are hitting the region as well. They are poor, under developed and backward, burdened with problems of poverty, unemployment, illiteracy, over population, malnutrition, ignorance etc. Religion is a predominate factor in these countries. The levels of living of the masses are either lower or not substantially higher. The countries of South Asia share a relationship of conflict and cooperation. Although in recent years they are realizing the strength of unity and are developing a closely-knit relationship. The process of mutual consultation, regional integration, democratic expansion and prosperity distribution is going on.
