Sri Gurupriya Devi was one of the oldest and foremost disciples of Shree Shree Ma Anandamayee. She was fondly called 'Didi' (elder sister) by all the devotees. Volume 9 is a recording of Ma's leela on this earth from April 1939 to March 1940 as recorded in a diary meticulously maintained by her.
"Every moment belongs to God. Endeavour to keep your mind dedicated at His Feet. God, the Ocean of Mercy, whoever blesses the world, pours out His grace at all times. It is incumbent on man to consider everything that happens to be for the best: For the best' denoting what is most helpful towards the realization of the Divine, the realization of the complete Bliss."
"Without the repetition of the Name and the remembrance of God, there is no hope of peace on earth. Let this be your first and foremost duty. It is possible to practice God's Name under the most adverse circumstances. He causes everything to happen and is, therefore, forever near. When you leave everything to Him, Who is the Fountain of Peace, then only may you hope for peace."
