The Asiatic Society is now going to publish the treatise entitled 'Sciences and Methods' containing eleven scholastic articles authored by eminent scholars. These articles are well-planned and full of information about various scientific aspects. The Editorial Note penned jointly by two well-known scientists, Bijoy Mukherjee and Rajkumar Raychoudhury, is studded with scientific details related with the articles included in the present volume. These articles were presented in a conference on 'Sciences and Methods' organised by Visva-Bharati, Santiniketan, the financial support of which was shared by The Asiatic Society. The Society is glad to announce that now the articles are being published through its Publication Section.
