To requipe physical energy we eat food and to attain spiritual energy we pray God. The essence of our prayers is that we should remember God in our hearts of heart. If we can chant or remember the Lord’s name on every breathing, it will be the ideal for self purification. Visitors from all abroad come and stay in our Ashram. They attend our prayers. Though they want to recite the prayers, they are unable to do so, because of the script. They cannot learn the script in a day or two. Arlette Mathiew ( Ruta } of France wrote these prayers in Roman script for her personal use. Since thenI was thinking that these prayers should be published in Roman script giving the meaning in English. Hence it is my earnest endeavour. [ could not give the meaning of Visnu Sahasra-nama, thousand names of Lord Visnu, in this small book. If God wills, I shall try to give that too in the next edition.
