The author is confident that this little volume will be found of practical value to all people who are engaged in, or who aspire to, the great work of Healing. The favourable reception accorded to the writer's previous book on Colour, i.e. Colour Meditations, gives rise to the hope that the new work will be equally well received.

In a little-known subject such as Colour there is always the danger for enthusiastic minds to be carried away by speculation and theory, and if that tendency is not kept checked much harm may be done to the whole cause of occult scientific research.

The author earnestly hopes that the care he has taken to deal with facts that are substantiated rather than fantasies will be apparent to the candid reader.
