About the Authors Dr. Aravind Reghukumar had his Post Graduation in Internal Medicine from Govt. Medical College, Kottayam Currently, he is Head of the Department of Infectious Diseases, Govt. Medical College. Thiruvananthapuram As a member of several committees related to the pandemic he spearheads the public health intervention in COVID-19 in Kerala. Dr. Aravind has published several papers in reputed journals

Dr. Mukesh Edavalath graduated from SDM Ayurveda College. Udupi, had his Post Graduate studies at Government Ayurveda College, Kannur in Roganidana. Currently he is Assistant Professor at Vaidyaratnam P.S.Varier's Ayurveda College Kottakkal. He has visited USA as a part of Group Study Exchange Program. Dr. Mukesh is a member in the Editorial Board of leading scientific journals. He also serves as the Director, Kottakkal Ayurveda School of Excellence (KASE)

Dr. S. Rajagopala had his Post Graduation and PhD in Kaumarabhritya from Gujarat Ayurved University, Jamnagar. Presently he serves as Associate Professor and Head, Department of Kaumarabritya at All India Institute of Ayurveda, New Delhi. As an academician he has the credit of 70 papers published in various peer reviewed journals. Dr. Rajagopala has guided many PG and PhD scholars. He has visited Austria, Brazil and Germany for scientific workshops and seminars

Dr.T.M.U. Varier, a Post Graduate in Dravyaguna from Gujarat Ayurved University, Jamnagar is, currently the Chief Physician & Manager at Arya Vaidya Sala (AVS)'s Ernakulam Branch. He has a vast clinical experience by working from various centers of AVS like Chennai, Mumbai Secunderabad, Himachal Pradesh, etc. Dr. Unnikrishnan has represented the institution at many Seminars of National and International levels.

Preface Arya Vaidya Sala conducts Annual Ayurveda Seminars from 1964 as a tribute to the revered memory of the Founder Vaidyaratnam P.S. Varier. Earlier they were held in Kottakkal on Founder's death anniversary which falls on 30 of January. It was felt that a greater participation of physicians and the general public can be had if the venue is shifted to the district headquaters in the state. The seminar in the last year was held at Kottakkal on Saturday, the 30th January, 2021 on 'Post COVID Syndrome".
