Ponder A while is a galaxy of Swami Tejomayananda’s thoughts on various issues of interest. Every subject can be viewed from different angles but we gain satisfaction only from the holistic standpoint.

Swami Tajomayananda is a compassionate teacher with deep spiritual insights. Over the years, he has spoken on a wide variety of subjects. Some of these talks have been compiled together and presented in this book.

Regarding life, Swami Tajomayananda says, “Look at life as a whole and lead a whole life.” This holistic vision is the basis of all his discourses.
