About the Author Dr. Satish S Hadimani born in 22/07/1978. Completed his pre degree education in Dharwad, Karnataka. Under graduate from Mahaganapati ayurvedic medical college Dharwad in 2003. Post graduation in Shlakya Tantra from SDM college ayurveda Hassan, under RGUHS Karnataka, Bangalore. Secured Pattabhishek award for academic excellence in Dharmasthal 2008. Presented many papers in national and international seminars, and awarded best paper in "Sushruta" international seminar held in SDM college of ayurveda Udupi, Karnataka. Given more than 15 guest lecturers in the field of ayurveda. Presently working as reader in the Dept. Shalakaya Tantra, Ashwini Ayurveda College, Tumkur, Karnataka.

Preface Diseases concern with eye are spreading at fast rate. People need simple and good results. It is very essential to known the different parasurgical procedure by help of which disease can be treated.

There was need of this hand book which is covering information of surgical, parasurgical procedures in eye disorders.

Eye is important part of our body as said Sarvendriyanam nayana pradhanam. If our eyes are good we can have good vision our body and life.

Prevention is better than cure and these eye exercise help lot in preventing as well as curing some of the eye diseases. This hand with both surgical, parasurgical procedures in netra rogas and eye excercises for prevention of the eye disorders, will help students of Shalakya tantra to enrich there knowledge for them in practical aspects.
