Many thinkers feel, there should be continous endeavour to decodify the structure and meaning of myths so that they constantly remain friendly with our sensibility. I do not intend to project them in the same manner although I have no disagreement with the said approach. I have endeavoured to harp on the saying that incredulity is the foundation of philosophy and if one applies the principle or method of hermeneutics to scrutinize the philosophy, one is likely to telescope the events and perceive them on the bedrock of some modern legal framework, philosophy of life. accentuation on metaphor and elevated psychoanalytical perspective. Justice Dipak Misra served as the 45th Chief Justice of India.
