Bhim, the second of the Pandav brothers, was known for his great size and strength. He was the first person to attack at the start of the Kurukshetra war. Causing the greatest damage to the Kaurav army, Bhim was also the last person to fight, killing Duryodhan. This book gives the complete story in less than 10,000 words, in easy to understand language, complemented by colourful illustrations with blurbs. A glossary of difficult words, in the end, helps in a better understanding of the story.
Bhim, the second of the Pandav brothers, was the son of Kunti from Vayu. The name Bhim brings to mind images of a prince who was extremely well-built, handsome, intelligent, righteous, disciplined, obedient and hard-working.
In spite of his enormous strength and knowledge, Bhim is the epitome of humility. Before the Mahabharat war, Lord Krishn collected the opinion of the Pandav princes before approaching the Kauravs. Bhim was made to give description of his own capabilities to everyone. At the end of Bhim's narrative, which was overwhelming for any oth warrior, Krishn told him that his capability was actual 1000 times more than what he had mentioned.
