I am glad to present before you this consolidated book on Vedic Mathematics [VM]. Many readers & VM lovers expressed me to have a single book on VM which includes both arithmatic & algebraic operations given earlier in my two parts of "Introduction to Vedic Mathematics". Besides, I have also included my third booklet "Magic squares by Vedic Method" as one of the chapters in this book. Thus, this book is three-in-one brought to you in such a way that the related similar topics in arithmatics & algebra are taken at one place to get the continuity of vedic methods as well as the applicability of the concerned vedic formulae for these two branches of mathematics. In "Divisibility" chapter, determination of quotient when negative oscultors are used and "Easy multiplication with some numbers" are the new chapters included. am sure the readers will appreciate my efforts in this direction.
Regarding Vedic Mathematics, Swamiji has said, "It is magic until you understand it & mathematics thereafter This book includes these magical vedic methods to solve innumerable problems in operations like addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, square & square root, cube & cube root & many more topics which definitely prove Swamiji's sentence. Thus it is a magical journey to various mathematical operations. Hence the name of this book is kept as "Magical world of mathematics".
Mathematics is mother of all sciences but thought to be a hard nut to crack by many students because of the attitude of unwillingness to change towards the monotonous, long step methods of carry out mathematics. By including easiest, fast & shortcut methods of VM in the syllabus from the primary level itself, am sure mathematics will be popularised as an interesting subject to majority of students. These methods will help the slow learners to know the basic concepts while inducing creativity amongest intelligent. VM is a uniquely modern & extremely user -friendly system. These vedic methods will be helpful in developing an insight into mathematics first & other subjects thereafter. These vedic methods will not only give quicker calculations but also increase the creativity of mind, develop the brain & will provide the eagerness to learn more & more about maths. These vedic methods are based on the scientific footings & practically ease the work without sacrificing anything.
