The author has made an attempt to bring out a book on the lines of a scripture. The language is lucid and will be easily assimilated by the lay person.

The book contains information, which in our busy life, we gloss over and fall in the clutches of Thanatos, as the author says. He has transcribed life from the time of conception till the final stages.

The author, with his long experience in life, along with the citation of works of salient persons, has been able to bring out the benefits of Meditation and Yoga for our emancipation.

The common man does not care to know as to how he was born and how he is to rear his child to enable him to safeguard himself from the inevitable pitfalls during his life span. He does not know either, what is the share of responsibility for the rearing mother. To know all these, an attempt has been made in this book to expose Miracle of Birth and reveal the inter- relation of Love, Hate and Sex. The interaction of Id, Ego and Super Ego in this regard are also dealt with.

Guidelines have been drawn from the experiences of great men, and the consequent results of the experiments by great philosophers and psychologists are also cited.

It has been written, in a lucid style to explain how right proportions of libido and mortido can transform us miraculously. The miracles of sex and the intricacies of conception, are told with illustrations, which every adult has the right to know.

It is highlighted in the book that mother's role is so very important from the conception, till the child is three years old, for all its mental developments.
