There is a need to bring the wisdom of the sages enshrined in our epics and scriptures and interpret it in such a way that the young will sit up and take notice of it. It requires tact, discipline, commitment and competence in addition to insightful command of the subject under discussion. The author has all the needful qualifications to do this. He made a deep study of all the relevant works focusing on Hanuman with devotion as well as with a scientific approach.
Hanuman is divine as well as a devotee and is universally worshipped by all classes of people. He is one endowed with sharp intellect, strength, courage and a marvellous personality. He is a scholar and a wise counsellor, skilled in conducting negotiations and cementing personal relationships.
The author analysed the above virtues from a modern management perspective and personality development. His scientific background has stood him in good stead in this. This monograph has enviable clarity and simplicity. It is effective in presenting different points of view. The readers who cherish the native wisdom and its use in the present time will surely find this useful.
