Inspiration behind an action and causes behind a effect are the compulsion of any novel work. Motivation towards betterment is always acceptable to the human being. The book name text book of 1" paper consists of two major parts name, part A and part B as per latest CCIM syllabus is concern. The book has been primarily written for 4th year BAMS students as well as PG students. Attempts have been made to introduce the reader to the practical approach of Ayurvedic treatment rather than theoretical with minute details. It will serve the needs of BAMS passed students who may be required to have brief knowledge. While an attempt has been made to bring out the significant modern correlation. While preparing this book may details have been collected from various authentic Ayurvedic classics and modem texts. Beside the experience and observation of the author have also being include in the book.

This is my first book there may be errors and omissions here and there, if you notice or observe them the same may be brought to the notice of the undersigned, so that he could make necessary correction in the forth coming edition of the book. This is my idea so we always request everyone to read the book.

I am highly thankful to my beloved students for supporting me continuously to finished my work. They will be remembered always by all the students all over who read this I bless them from my heart. This book will be highly useful to you which will enlighten your thinking patterns. We quote original shlok for references, it is a complete text book of Kayachikitsa.

Treatment of diseases is never fruitless. Sometimes it earns Dharma, sometimes it earns friendship of people, sometimes it earns money, sometimes it earns goodwill and fame and along these one gets to practice and increment his knowledge and expertise.

It's honour to make available any knowledge to your coming generations as you understand from your Guru. Ayurveda medicine is systematically explained by Acharya Charaka according to the lavel of understanding and way of application of every student in Samhita. The basic concept behind arrangement of samhita chapter is to go step by step toward the fruitfulness of Vedic scriptures. Ayurveda practically deals with the health of individual rather than to treat only disease. Before going to treat any disease the scholar need to understand the pathophysiology of disease which gives exact pathway to break the chain that evolve to produce the disease. Chikista Siddhantas explained in the classics are the best formulae to disintegrate the factors involving the disease production Ayurveda is basically the science of Biophysics and it's beyond the visible elements that we can not only correlate with biochemical reactions.

This book is the humble attempt to available classical texts with their appropriate modern knowledge to each scholar to understand the topic and make a move for further extent. Every student expect syllabus oriented approach with due knowledge from the book and it would be make the optimistic vision for them.
