If you do the pilgrimage with devotion and fill yourself with divine happiness during the parikrama, you will never get tired. It is so, because the parikrama of the second day is manifested as 'Swarg' and 'Narak' both.
Most pilgrims, whether Indian or Tibetans do not have any knowledge of the location, or the history of the spots mentioned by me. Tour guides also do not know anything about these, since they are not religious. Most guides eat non-vegetarian food, drink and do not take a bath while on the pilgrimage. Some old intellectuals and some Buddhist monks do know about these places. Many Buddhist monks have done the parikrama 108 times. Many saints, who have got the grace of Lord Shiva, live in the caves located on the inner parikrama route, as also on the banks of Satluj river. They make sure that they are hidden from the public gaze. Many times, they change their form and visit other parts of the Himalayas. I have brought the hidden ancient lore in front of you. If you are able to touch even a few of these places, your pilgrimage is successful.
