I have strong conviction that a scientific Astrological system has to account for individual differences. Any concept or rule that does not contribute to the uniqueness of the horoscope not be accepted as a predictive tool. I do not take into consideration the Retrogression & Combustion of planets or even Aspect Theory (Western or Indian). These do not change fast enough to account for uniqueness of horoscope.
