Dr Farokh J Master is a homoeopathic physician, author. teacher, orator, and researcher, internationally acclaimed for his work on cancer and Homoeopathy. He has introduced and integrated homoeopathy with mainstream cancer treatment successfully. He practices at Homoeopathic Health Centre, Mumbai and runs a cancer clinic at many hospitals to which he is associated with in India and abroad.

He had quit from MBBS course, and began studying homoeopathy in 1976. He stood first class in all the examinations of L.C.E.H. course. He also studied Iscador Therapy and Anthroposophical Medicine from Lukas Klinik. Switzerland. He completed MD(Hom.) with his dissertation on Tumours and Homoeopathy, becoming the first gold medalist MD homocopath in India. In 2017, he was awarded PhD degree based on his research work on cancer and homocopathy.

He has been teaching classical homoeopathy worldwide, in India, he has taught UG and PG at various medical colleges and universities, and at his Homoeopathy schools in Europe and USA. He has been conducting seminars on a variety of topics like Cancer, Acute Emergencies, Advanced Pathologies, Homoeopathic Materia Medica, etc.

He has presented his scientific research papers at various national and international conferences including the prestigious 'World Congress on Pain' (IASP), where he presented his research paper on cancer creating awareness amongst the medical fraternity. He has been honoured with several national and international awards for his outstanding contribution to classical Homoeopathy, cancer treatment, and Homoeopathic education.

He has been spreading the light of his knowledge and experiences by healing patients, teaching students, and training doctors since the last four decades.

This book. Healing Cancer, is another key milestone in his journey. Healing Cancer is his 68th published book since 1980. His books cover a variety of topics and are well-received by the global homoeopathic community. He is also the Editor-in-chief of The Homoeopathic Heritage journal.

This book is the result of more than forty years of practicing classical homoeopathy and integrating it every single day with conventional medicine in the different hospitals with which I am associated. Through homoeopathy, iscador therapy, nutrition and herbs, I have been directed towards improving the results of conventional cancer therapy. I became interested in cancer treatment while in medical school, during which time I explored one of the newer methods of treatment using the body's own immune system. It was during this study, I discovered the critical importance of classical homoeopathy and other anthroposophical drugs, including nutritional therapy in immune function.

I wish cancer was not so much prevalent and challenging medical problem of today's time, there would have been no need for this book. But with alarming number of cancer cases encountered by practitioners, a trustworthy source of accurate information becomes pertinent. Since every doctor ultimately wants to cure the patients and enhance their quality of life.

Homoeopathic medicine in its classical form is a vast subject that a lifetime of study would fail to exhaust. When understood and practiced in accordance with the works of Hahnemann, Hering and Kent, it becomes limitless in its possibilities for development and in its power to treat millions of sick people in the world.

Dr Stuart Close made the statement "that the treatment and cure of cancer is definitely within the scope of possibilities of Homoeopathy, has long been known and proved. The first thing to do after one has made and substantiated a pathological diagnosis of cancer is to forget it.
