It is indeed a matter of satisfaction for me to present a bunch of topics contains with epitome knowledge in the field of music voyager to explore and a musical inceptor to dissipate, his doubts about music in general and carnatic music in particular. Impellation behind his attempt is mainly due to the void of such a work in the field of South Indian Music for U. G. C. School and other competitive exams.

This endeavour will also help those who are very much new to the subject but desired to get some information objectively, from any particular area; As one can’t differentiate the past time in some contexts, I resumed contents without any intersection like Indian Music, Carnatic Music and Ancient Tamil Music. Dr. T.V. Manikandan is a vocal musician of Carnatic Music stream. Hailing from a family of musicians and learned under several top ranking musicians and a first class in M.A., M. Phil Music and a Ph.D. in Music; he is at present a member of Faculty of Music and Fine Arts, University of Delhi.

Being a graded artiste of All Indian Radio and performed all over Indian, he released Musical albums apart from his erudite publications in several journals.
