The author Prof. Kalpana Mathur with an MBA and PhD is a behavioural expert with 35 years of experience as a quality facilitator in the domain of people skills. Associated with international and inter-governmental organisations in Asia and the Pacific, Prof. Mathur has contributed prominently towards organisation development. She has several publications to her credit mapping new corporate dynamics. Recognised as a management educator, she heads the Department of Management Studies and has also been Dean, Faculty of Commerce and Management Studies and Director, Educational Multimedia Research Centre at JNV University, Jodhpur.
