I am extremely happy to write foreword to the book entitled

"Dr. B.R. Ambedkar- The Voice of Liberation" edited by Dr. Dayananda Mane, Professor and Chairman, DOS in Public Administration, University of Mysore. This book is a collection of articles presented by the eminent scholars of different Universities in the national seminar organized by the department of Public Administration on 7th and 8th February 2020.
Dr. B.R. Ambedkar who has been recognized by UNO as 'symbol of knowledge' Dr. Ambedkar is a prolific writer, versatile reader, great legal luminary, economist, champion of rights, of depressed classes and a great humanist whose ideas and ideals are helpful for the liberation of everyone in Indian society. and to reconstruct Indian society, economy and polity.
I am happy that department is organizing two days national seminar in our university and two books namely "Dr. B.R.. Ambedkar- The voice of liberation" and are published by our - printing press which I claim to be great honour to our university.
I am proud to say that Department of Studies in Public Administration has published 8 important books since 2016 under the academic leadership of Prof. Dayananda Mane.
I wish all the success to the two days national seminar. I also congratulate Prof. Dayananda Mane, Dr. Govindaraju H. Sri. Somashekar C.L, Kum. Ramya Y.N, Santhosh K B and Shrungar K S for their joint effort in making this seminar a great success and bringing out two books.
