When the basic error is not corrected, the subsequent efforts to rectify the problems become only a burden leading to boredom in life. We all carry the load of notions about ourselves, the world, God and also about life. We have lived through these notions all our life. If we have discovered fulfillment in our life as a result of our living and lifestyle, there is nothing that we have to alter.
When we re-evaluate our life in the light of wisdom, we certainly conclude that fulfillment of desires is not equal to fulfillment in life. This basic error is corrected by downloading the wisdom from the scriptures and deleting the boredom in life born out of wrong notions.
Wisdom is not replacing the present notions by new notions. In fact, wisdom is erasing the notions without creating new notions and leading life with understanding and happiness. There is no boredom in the lives of the wise people and there is nothing but boredom in the lives of the otherwise. The wise celebrate life and the otherwise calibrate it.
This book is a product of four talks delivered at Boston, U.S.A. during 2005 visit. The efforts put in by Mrs. Minal and Mrs. Shubhada has converted this talk series into a booklet form. Thanks are due to them for their efforts.
