About the Author

Dr. Nidhi Mathur Ph.D, holds graduate and post-graduate degrees in Home Science with specialization in Child Development and Family Relations. Her doctorate study was in Psychology.

Presently, Dr. Mathur is Associate Professor - Home Science in Department of College Education, Rajasthan. She has teaching experience of about 25 years. Her areas of interest include teaching, research, and writing in the areas of Positive Psychology. She has authored another book The Power of Forgiveness and many peer-reviewed academic journal articles.

Dr. Mathur is also the recipient of Bhamashah Award. She was an ICAR fellow and gold medalist at both graduate and post graduate level.
