Dr. Vasant C. Patil completed M.D. from ITRA, Gujrat Ayurved University, Jamnagar. He is well versed in Classical & Keraliya Panchakarma. Practicing Ayurveda since 2001 and engaged in teaching since 2006.
Author has published 45 papers in research journals, 11 Print books and 10 Ebooks (Amazon and Google Play) on Ayurveda. Author also reviewed more than 160 articles of Peer Reviewed International Journals. Currently he is working as editor-in-chief for Journal of Ayurveda and Holistic Medicine (JAΗΜ).
Delivered many lectures on Panchakarma, Research Methodology, Vatavaydhi, Ayurveds Practice and Evidence Based Ayruevda at seminars, conferences, and workshops.

Hiremath M.S., PhD, is presently working s Dean R & D, Professor and Head of Department of PG & Ph.D studies in Shalakyatantra, at SGVVTS Shree Jagadguru Gavisiddeshwara Ayurveda Medical College, Hospital and Research Centre, Koppal, Kamataks. He is recogniset PG & Ph.D guide of RGUNS University He has completed BAMS from SSAMC Haven, PG from SDMCA Hassan and Ph.D from KEF Univer BMKAM Belgavi. He has developed an innovative procedure Harubasti for the Management of TMU disorders. He is Chief odior of TAS international journal and editor, RIAS journal by ROUHS Bengaluru, He has published about 51 I research papers, and has given various guest lecturers in in various colleges, seminars, ROTP's and CME's. He has been felicitated for his academic achievement with various awards including "Vardys rama" award by Kashi Inana peetha, Varanma and Best teacher award by TAS India.
Dr Pranrod C. Baragi M.D, Ph.D, PGDYN, is presently working as Professor and Head Dept of Rasashastru and Bhaishajya Kalpana Academic Incharge, at BIDEA'S AVS Ayurveda Mahavidyalaya, Hospital and Research Centre, Vijayapar, Karmatuka. He has completed PG and PhD from world renowned Gujarat Ayurved. University, Jamnagar, Gujarat. He is recognised PO and Ph.D guide of RGUUS Bangalore, Karnataka. He has a total teaching experience of 18 years for both UG and PG. Also teaching Research Methodology, He has published about 30 research papers and has given various guest lecturers in various colleges, seminars, ROTP's and CME's. He has been engaged as external examiner for various universities. He is also presently working as BOS member for Allied Health Sciences of BLDE Deemed to be University, Vijayapur Karustaka.
A series of books on Ayurveda therapeutics started with 'Siddhayoga' by Vrnda in the 9th century, followed by 'Chakradatta, Gada Nigraha, Sharangadhara Samhita, Bhavprakash, Yogratnakara, and Bhaishajyaratnavali. These works incorporated many new concepts, thoughts and therapeutics and further enriched Ayurveda by exchanging and sharing different mideashoughts entered into India and foreign rulers. Chakradatta is one of the crucial treatises composed by Acharya Chakrapanidatta. The well- known commentator of Charaka Samhita, actually this book is named as 'Chikitsa sangraha' by the author. Still, because of its immense popularity and the towering personality of the author Shri Chakrapanidatta, it is later time, that it was transformed into Chakradatta. This shows the authority popularity of Chakrapani. Chakradatta has proposed principles line of treatment for various diseases, several herbs and herbomineral formulations are prescribed in Chakradatta, which are beneficial for the Ayurvedic practitioners. The uniqueness of Chakradatta is in the description of several metallic and mercurial preparations for internal use as medication e.g.. Rasaparpati made from purified and processed mercury and sulphur is a practical innovation of Chakradatta.
Dr. Vasant Patil, Prof of Panchakarma made contribution in the fie of Ayurvedic education by publishing various subjects of Ayurved His unique method of presentation skill of writing textbook, language and depth of the subject is very much impressive.
Under the great master late Prof. M.S. Bagel from med Institute of Post Graduate Teaching and Research (IPGT&RA), Gujarat University, Jamnagar, Vaidya Vasant C Patil got motivated and blessed.
Chakrapanidatta who authored the Chakradatta (Chikitsa Sangraha) describing about 79 chapters on Principles and Practices of various clinical conditions. He started the text with Jwara Chikitsa which is the fundamental aspect of Ayurvedic clinical medicine. He even described Rasayana Vajikarna, Panchakarma and other important therapeutic procedures elaborately. Prof Vasant Patil translated and written critical notes with suitable appendices in this text book.
