The prevalence of Bronchial Asthma has increased since 1970s affecting 4 to 7% of the people worldwide. In India, asthma is one of the leading cause of morbidity and mortality. Though effective screening, evaluation and management strategies for Asthma are well established in high income countries, these strategies have not been fully implemented in India. Scope of Homoeopathy in managing asthma has been an undermined area of research till date.
