In order to achieve this definition of disease, prodomal symptoms, sign and symptoms of disease and its therapeutic approach are depicts considerably, while diagram chart for treatment viz. pharmacological and non- pharmacological are given strictly to facilitate the understanding of the subject. The coverage is given according to the importance of subject in both discipliplines pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatment Pharmacological treatment is devided into most possible Panchkarma treatment, external and internal treatment, while non-pharmacoogical treatmentcovering diet reime, yoga, color therapy, gem therapym, music therapy and aroma therapy. in nutshell pharmacological treatment is somatic treatment and non-pharacogical treatment treatment tdreatment of indryas (sensory and motor organs). in this book there is broad Ayurvedic view adopted to treat disease fever, moreover it is purely Ayurvedic, it become able due to other branch study that author did, especially astrology, karma kanda and ancient Upanishads etc. In Ayurveda for treatment there is description of three type of therapy-daivapasraya (divine therapy), Yutivapasraya (Intellectual approach) and satawajava (Psychology). As we said Aye (life) is appropriate combination of sarira (body),indriya (sensory organs), satwa (mind),atman (soul) so for treatment of sarira (body) we have yutivapasraya (intellectual approach), for treatment of satwa (mind) we have satawajaya (psychology), and for atma (soul) we have daivapasraya (divine Therapy) although soul never have any disease but being bound with body it also get affected by malefic effect of different planets according to virtues and sins that is karma of past Life and this life. Moreover therapy of sensory organs was not illustrated so far as other therapies. however eminent scholar of ancient age mark glimpse over it viz.
Touch of coral, pearl, cold water, breast of young beautiful lady is pitta suppressor so they believe in touch therapy.
White is color of kapha, blue green yellow is color of pitta, and black is color of vata and they have influence by same so they believe in color therapy.
Smell of vitiated milk by different dosha are different, one can influence dosha state by smelling fragrant flower, scent etc. also there is description of smell of honey, ghee, semen, menses etc.
There is well know that different Taste affecting dosha like masher (sweet), alma (sour), lavana (salt) taste increase kapha dosha and decrease vata dosha.
Pleasant sound, music has been also described to bring balance of dosha to Keep body healthy and to cure disease and both have a lot similarity As there is up nand down of stae of dosh level in different part of day and night similarly there is different RAG of different part of day and night. By grace of maa saraswati and Lord dhanwantari here author is trying to explain five therapies to bring balance of dosha. As we know there are five sensory organs eyes, ears, nose, tongue and skin and here is therapy for each.
for eyes sensory organs there is color therapy, for nose sensory organs there is organs there is aroma therapy, for ear sensory organs there is music therapy, for tongue sensory organs there is taste therapy, for skin sensory organs there is gem therapy.
