Autobiography as Fiction is a critical study of Australian writer Sally Morgan's "My Place". This book deals with the struggle of urban Australian Aboriginal woman who searched her roots and found her identity as an Aboriginal woman. It not only deals with the life of Sally Morgan but treats My Place as an inner journey to find her identity in terms of race, colour and gender.
Sandhya Goswami is Post Graduate and M.Phil in English. She has prior experience working with Hind ustan Times (A National Daily) as a journalist and now she has done research in Australian Literature. Her papers and articles have been presented and published in international seminars and Journals. Currently she is teaching at the University of Delhi. Autobiography as Fiction is her first book and she is working on other projects as well.
