Seeing the need and necessity of the compiled book comprising the Agad Tantra P.G. part 4 syllabus recommended by NCISM to be a handy textbook (Agadtantra Aushad Yog Vigyan, (PG part 4) for all the postgraduate students of Agad Tantra Evam Vidhi Vaidyak containing tables, flowcharts, pictures, diagram for easy understanding and conceptual learning. The book reflects the efforts made by the writer professor Anita Sharma who has scrutinized all the classical and modern textbooks in order to bring out the best for all the postgraduate students of Agad Tantra reflecting her keen interest in learning, writing and teaching. I forward this book and recommend it for all the postgraduate students of Agad Tantra to go through this in order to learn and understand the part 4 P.G. syllabus.

This book deals with all the points mentioned in the NCISM recommended syllabus of Agad Tantra P.G. part 4. The purpose is to solve the difficulties faced by students of postgraduate of Agad Tantra all over the nation, as I received calls asking for the topics of part 4 hence, came out with the Agad Tantra-Aushad Yog Vigyan (P.G. part-4) as the name, it reflects all the aspects of treatment related to poisoning such as pharmacology of Agads, various antidote compiled from both modern as well as the Ayurvedic texts, instruments used in toxicology, tools and techniques of analyzing poisoning.
