This "Delicious Vegetarian Curries" book is given with 100 recipes using Indian spices along with less commonly used but nutritious ingredients like soya products, mushroom, babycorn etc.
The speciality is that it contains some of the traditional recipes of Rajasthani, konkani, Gujarathi, Punjabi as well as Chinese dishes, converted to South Indian style of cooking.
The overwhelming response received to my first book on side dishes - "100 Vegetarian Gravies" made me to compile and present 100 more recipes of curries in this book. All the recipes were perfected before writing in this book.
