लेखक परिचय जन्म : 10 अक्तूबर, 1962 शिक्षा : हिमाचल प्रदेश विश्वविद्यालय के सेंटर फॉर पोस्टग्रेजुएट स्टडीज़, धर्मशाला से अँग्रेज़ी साहित्य में स्नातकोत्तर डिग्री (1983-1985) । सम्प्रति : सेवानिवृत्त विभागाध्यक्ष : प्रयुक्त विज्ञान एवं मानविकी, राजकीय पॉलिटेक्निक, काँगड़ा। प्रकाशित कृतियाँ : जन-गण-मन (ग़ज़ल संग्रह) 2003, ऐब पुराणा सीहस्से दा (हिमाचली ग़ज़ल संग्रह) 2021 संकलित : दर्जन से अधिक हिन्दी ग़ज़ल संकलनों में ग़ज़लें। सम्मान : 'नवल प्रयास शिमला' द्वारा धर्मप्रकाश साहित्य रत्न सम्मान-2019, हिमोत्कर्ष साहित्य संस्कृति एवं जनकल्याण परिषद ऊना हिमाचल प्रदेश से हिमोत्कर्ष श्री (उत्कृष्ट साहित्यकार) पुरस्कार 2009-2010, कविता कोश में सराहनीय योगदान के लिए 2011 में सम्मानित । वैश्विक समुदाय एवं रेडियो सबरंग द्वारा 2016 में सम्मानित, काँगड़ा लोक साहित्य परिषद् राजमन्दिर नेरटी द्वारा वर्ष 2017 का परम्परा उत्सव सम्मान । सम्पर्क : वार्ड नम्बर-13, निकट आई.टी.आई. धर्मशाला, लोअर बड़ोल, दाड़ी-176057 (हि.प्र.)
